Vicariate for Financial Affairs and Administration

The Vicariate for Financial Affairs and Administration is responsible for the administration of the temporal (worldly) goods of the Archdiocese under the authority of the Metropolitan-bishop and in accordance with a budget developed by the Archdiocesan Finance Council and approved by the Provincial Council. Enough income is to be allocated to cover all expenses that have been legitimately authorized by the Metropolitan.

 

A completed and detailed audit of all archdiocesan receipts and expenditures, as well as those of all parishes, missions, communities, institutions and agencies of the Archdiocese, must be submitted to the Archdiocesan Finance Council, through the Vicariate of Financial Affairs and Administration, each year.
